Paper Prints Policy

The International Journal of Management Research (IJMR) primarily publishes and distributes scholarly content electronically through its official journal website. Printed copies of individual articles, complete issues, or journal volumes may be provided upon request, subject to availability, printing arrangements, and applicable charges.

Availability of Printed Copies

Authors, readers, libraries, universities, research institutions, and other interested individuals may request:

  • A printed copy of an individual published article
  • A printed copy of a complete journal issue
  • Multiple copies for academic or institutional use
  • Previous printed issues, where available
  • Special print orders for libraries, conferences, or research organizations

The availability of printed material may depend on the publication date, existing stock, printing requirements, and delivery location.

Official Version of Record

The final article published on the IJMR website is considered the official electronic version of record unless the journal expressly identifies a printed version as the official version.

Printed copies reproduce the published article or issue and do not create a separate or revised publication. Any official correction, retraction, withdrawal, or update published after printing will be displayed on the journal website.

Complimentary Author Copies

Publication of an article does not automatically include a complimentary printed copy unless specifically confirmed by the journal.

Authors who require printed copies should contact the editorial office and provide the following information:

  • Article title
  • Author name
  • Volume and issue number
  • Number of copies required
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact information
  • Preferred delivery method, where applicable

The journal will confirm availability, estimated charges, and delivery arrangements before processing the request.

Printing and Handling Charges

Printed copies may be subject to reasonable charges covering:

  • Printing and binding
  • Paper and production materials
  • Packaging
  • Administrative handling
  • Courier or postal delivery
  • Customs or international shipment costs, where applicable

The applicable cost will be communicated to the requester before the order is confirmed. Printing and delivery charges are separate from any article processing or publication fee.

Payment

Where payment is required, the printed-copy order will normally be processed after the journal confirms receipt of the applicable amount.

Authors and readers should make payments only through payment methods officially communicated by the journal. The journal is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or unofficial accounts.

Delivery

The journal will make reasonable efforts to dispatch printed copies within the estimated period communicated to the requester. Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Printing schedules
  • Number of copies ordered
  • Destination country or region
  • Courier or postal service
  • Public holidays
  • Customs procedures
  • Events beyond the journal’s control

An estimated delivery date does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery Information

Requesters are responsible for providing an accurate and complete postal address. IJMR will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unavailable recipients
  • Postal restrictions
  • Customs delays
  • Refusal to accept the shipment
  • Failure to pay local duties or taxes

Additional charges may apply if an order must be printed or shipped again because incorrect information was provided.

International Orders

International print orders may be subject to additional postage, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges. These costs are normally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The journal cannot guarantee delivery to locations where postal, courier, or import restrictions apply.

Print Quality and Format

Printed copies are prepared using the journal’s available production format. Minor differences may occur between the printed and online presentation due to:

  • Paper size
  • Printer settings
  • Colour reproduction
  • Image resolution
  • Binding method
  • Page margins

Such production differences do not affect the scholarly content of the published article.

Damaged or Incorrect Copies

A requester who receives a materially damaged or incorrect printed copy should contact the journal within a reasonable period and provide:

  • Order details
  • Description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence, where appropriate
  • Delivery information

After reviewing the request, the journal may arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution. Damage caused after delivery or through improper handling may not qualify for replacement.

Cancellation and Refunds

A print order may be cancelled before printing or dispatch, subject to confirmation by the journal.

Once a customized print order has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation or refund may not be available. Courier, postage, customs, and handling charges already incurred may be non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be processed according to the journal’s applicable refund and financial procedures.

Institutional and Bulk Orders

Libraries, universities, departments, conferences, and other organizations may request multiple printed copies. Bulk orders may require:

  • Advance confirmation
  • A formal quotation
  • Partial or full advance payment
  • Additional production time
  • Separate shipping arrangements

The editorial office will communicate the applicable terms before confirming the order.

Copyright and Permitted Use

Printed articles remain subject to the journal’s Copyright and Licensing Policy. Purchasing or receiving a printed copy does not transfer copyright ownership.

Printed copies may be used for lawful academic, educational, research, library, and personal purposes in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons licence and copyright requirements.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction, resale, alteration, or misleading distribution of printed journal content is not permitted.

Editorial Independence

Requests for printed copies and payment of printing charges have no influence on:

  • Peer-review decisions
  • Editorial evaluation
  • Acceptance or rejection of manuscripts
  • Publication priority
  • Academic assessment of submitted work

All editorial decisions are based on academic quality, originality, relevance, ethical compliance, and the journal’s publication standards.
