The International Journal of Management Research (IJMR) is committed to increasing the visibility, accessibility, discoverability, and scholarly impact of its published research. The journal works to make its articles and metadata available to appropriate academic search engines, library catalogues, indexing databases, digital repositories, and research-discovery platforms.

The journal’s public Indexations page currently does not identify any specific indexing or abstracting service. Therefore, only services that have officially confirmed inclusion should be displayed on this page.

Abstracting and Indexing

IJMR aims to improve the discoverability of published articles by maintaining accurate and complete publication metadata, including:

IJMR will list an indexing, abstracting, repository, or discovery service on this page only after the journal’s inclusion has been officially confirmed.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Each indexing organization independently evaluates journals according to its own criteria and procedures.

Search Engines and Discovery Platforms

Journal articles may be discoverable through academic or general search engines when their web crawlers successfully identify and process the journal’s publicly available content.

Discovery through a search engine should not automatically be described as formal indexing unless the service has created and confirmed an official journal record.

Digital Object Identifiers

Where Digital Object Identifiers are assigned, they support persistent identification and linking of published articles. DOI registration or visibility in DOI search services should be described separately from journal indexing unless the relevant database officially recognizes the journal as an indexed source.

Institutional and Subject Repositories

Authors may deposit permitted versions of their published articles in:

Repository deposit must comply with the journal’s Copyright and Licensing Policy, Open Access Policy, and applicable licence conditions.

Authors must not claim that IJMR is indexed in a database unless the journal’s inclusion can be verified through the database’s official website or catalogue.

Misrepresentation of Indexing

IJMR does not support false or misleading indexing claims. The journal will not describe itself as indexed in:

  • PubMed or PubMed Central
  • EBSCO
  • ProQuest
  • Dimensions
  • ERIH PLUS
  • Any other database

unless inclusion has been officially confirmed and can be independently verified.

Submission of an application, appearance in a general web search, citation by another website, or inclusion in an unofficial journal list does not by itself establish formal indexing.

Indexing Updates

The journal may update this page when:

  • A new indexing application is approved
  • An official journal profile becomes available
  • A database changes the journal’s status
  • A service modifies its coverage or eligibility requirements
  • An indexing relationship is discontinued
  • Journal identifiers or profile links are updated

Any inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable indexing statement should be corrected or removed promptly.

Disclaimer

Indexing and abstracting services are operated independently of IJMR. The journal cannot guarantee:

  • Acceptance by a particular database
  • A specific evaluation period
  • Continuous coverage
  • Immediate appearance of newly published articles
  • The accuracy of third-party profiles
  • Continued inclusion following changes in external criteria
