Responsibilities

Selected team members may be required to:

  • Evaluate manuscripts within their area of expertise
  • Provide objective and constructive review reports
  • Recommend suitable reviewers
  • Support editorial decisions and journal development
  • Maintain manuscript confidentiality
  • Declare conflicts of interest
  • Follow the journal’s publication-ethics policies
  • Complete assigned tasks within the agreed period
  • Promote high-quality and responsible management research
